Dr. Tracy Knighton is the Menopause Mid-Wifeā„¢ and a Licensed Professional Counselor. Dr. T learned from her own mid-life experience, the importance of self-care and boundaries. She took her experience from a failed marriage and loss of self confidence to building a thriving and profitable practice which focuses on personal insight development, positive self identity and deeper intimacy in relationships. Dr. T believes that your outer relationships are a reflection of your relationship with yourself. Before you can build healthier relationships with others, you first have to build a solid and healthy relationship with yourself.
