Our Approach: A Whole-School Wellness System
At NOVA School Wellness, we don’t believe in one-size-fits-all solutions—or blaming students or teachers when systems are overwhelmed.
We use a 3-Tier, 2-Track Whole-School Wellness & Behavior Framework designed to support both the adults who lead schools and the students who learn in them.
Because when adult capacity increases, student outcomes improve.
Two Tracks. One Aligned System.
Most schools focus on students and forget the adults.
Others focus on staff wellness without addressing behavior.
NOVA does both—intentionally and in alignment.
Track One: Adult Wellness & Capacity Building
This track focuses on the emotional health, regulation, and sustainability of the adults who make schools run.
We support:
-
Teachers
-
School leaders
-
Support staff
-
Behavioral teams
Why it matters:
Burnout, compassion fatigue, and chronic stress show up as classroom management challenges, turnover, and reactive discipline. Supporting wellness isn't optional, it’s foundational.
Track Two: Student Behavior & Regulation Support
This track focuses on building students’ skills, not just managing their behavior.
We support:
-
Emotional regulation
-
Behavioral skill development
-
Consistent expectations
-
Individualized interventions when needed
Why it matters:
Behavior is communication. When students are taught regulation and coping skills—and adults respond consistently—discipline becomes instructional instead of reactive.
